
Sales Enablement Director

The Sales Enablement Director will play a critical role in shaping our sales strategy and driving business growth at Arc Point Technologies.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales enablement programs, equipping sales teams with the tools, training, and support needed to succeed.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions with sales teams, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry trends.
- Analyze sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of sales success.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insightful recommendations.
