Job Description

As a key member of the HR team, the Compensation and Benefits Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time. This includes preparing salaries for permanent and outsourced employees, managing employee data, and developing policies and procedures to maintain market competitiveness.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills. They will also be proficient in using Microsoft Office and have a degree in BBA/MBA HRM or Finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Salary Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely salaries for permanent and outsourced employees.
  • Employee Database Management: Manage employee data, including leavers, joiners, and active employees.
  • Policies and Procedures Development: Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Final Settlements: Process resignations and make final payments consistent with company policy.
  • Reporting: Timely reporting of income tax and finance reporting.

The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will work closely with the HR team to ensure seamless execution of these responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
  • Degree in BBA/MBA HRM or Finance.
