
Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Sperton Global AS. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within a defined geography or Pakistan market.
Your primary objective will be to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets within agreed timelines. This will involve stock/expiry monitoring at institutional, customer, and distributor levels, as well as the implementation of marketing strategies and plans.
You will also be responsible for prospecting and developing new client relationships, building and maintaining strong & credible relationships with c-suite customers, and collecting market feedback from clinics, hospitals, and other institutions to develop sales.
In addition, you will be expected to continuously improve your product, disease, market knowledge, and promotion skills through self-reading and attending relevant trainings assigned by management. Your database sales calls should be effective and productive, and you will be required to maintain existing large accounts and prepare/recommendations for tender business.
Apart from these key responsibilities, you will need to regularly report on day-to-day activities and perform additional tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a university degree (in science / related field/Lab) or a Marketing degree with an aptitude for medical/technical information. A minimum 3-5 years of relevant sales experience is also required, along with an understanding of the medical device industry and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Your competencies should include outstanding written and oral communication, extensive industry contacts, ability and willingness to travel, negotiation & influencing, teamwork, organization and planning.
