Key Initiative Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Key Initiative Manager to oversee and execute multiple IT projects from inception to delivery. This involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, such as development, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution and exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and be well-versed in managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project management strategies for high-priority initiatives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, clarify objectives, and establish clear project goals.
  • Provide regular progress updates, address concerns promptly, and maintain open lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably with expertise in leading multiple projects concurrently.
