Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate financial records for accounts, including Profit and Loss analysis.
  • Cultivate client feedback and address concerns in a timely manner.
  • Establish and enforce compliance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Ensure up-to-date and signed contracts for all client work.
  • Coordinate budget setup and obtain approval for accurate invoicing.
  • Furnish regular reports to clients and stakeholders, guaranteeing timely setup and invoicing.
  • Identify opportunities for new business within existing client base.
  • Promote long-term client retention and maintain strong relationships.
