
Strategic Partnership Manager

The Strategic Partnership Manager supports the senior leadership in growing key customer relationships by executing commercial strategies, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring operational excellence. The specialist acts as the executional backbone for account plans, helping to deliver sales targets while enabling seamless implementation, performance tracking, and cross-functional alignment.
A Day in the Life of a Strategic Partnership Manager- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales and share updates with the senior leadership and relevant teams.
- Track performance against agreed KPIs and highlight variances with actionable suggestions.
- Support in developing insights from sell-out and category data to guide planning.
- Support in execution of joint business plans and customer-specific commercial initiatives.
- Maintain updated customer profiles, records, and support documentation for key account operations.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and business review material for customer meetings.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree from an accredited institution.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Key Accounts function.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
This role requires strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
