Human Resource Manager - Growth Position

As a key member of our team, the Human Resource Manager will oversee core HR operations to drive business success.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in conflict resolution, employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, including employment contracts and workplace safety.
  • Manage HRIS systems, including employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Act as primary point of contact for employee relations, managing grievances and facilitating dispute resolution.
  • Lead performance evaluation cycles, coordinating self-assessments, peer reviews, and manager feedback.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Implement and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) for employee training and development.
  • Conduct audits and provide training to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices.
  • Promote a positive company culture aligned with our values.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
  • Experience in performance management and goal setting.
  • Knowledge of LMS implementation and management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • SHRM or local HR certification.
  • Experience with digital HR documentation.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu.
