
Key Account Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Key Account Manager to join our team in nurturing and growing client relationships across approximately 15 mid-sized accounts based in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management or enterprise sales in technology or consulting, with experience working in a tech consulting organization. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong plus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving account planning and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identifying and qualifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Coordinating with delivery, presales, and marketing for proactive client engagement
- Maintaining account health metrics and retention performance
