
Key Account Executive

As a Key Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key clients. Your primary goal will be to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure long-term satisfaction while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales forecasts for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, Dairy Technology, Chemistry, or an equivalent field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field, preferably within a top FMCG company in Pakistan, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to sales and client management.
