About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our organization in a Senior Learning Executive role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering learning experiences that drive business performance and unlock employee potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning interventions.
  • Create and manage internal and external training programs, workshops, and learning pathways to support organizational objectives.
  • Curate high-quality learning content using online platforms, in-person sessions, and self-paced resources.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance impact, and data-driven analysis.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization using creative communication and engagement strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, L&D); certifications in L&D are a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in learning & development, organizational development, or a related HR role.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and measure learning programs.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive mindset, curiosity, and a desire to make a meaningful impact from day one.
