Job Title: Learning Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an organized and passionate Training Executive to assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering employee training programs. The ideal candidate will help identify training needs, develop training materials, conduct sessions, and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure continuous employee growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Design and Delivery: Assist in designing and delivering training programs, including onboarding, soft skills, and technical training.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and venue arrangements.
  • Facilitation: Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions under the guidance of the Training Manager.
  • Training Records Maintenance: Maintain and update training records, attendance sheets, and feedback forms.
  • Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze training feedback to improve future sessions.
  • E-learning Content Development: Support in developing e-learning content and training manuals.
  • Training Needs Assessment: Work closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and suggest relevant training interventions.
  • Performance Improvement Plans: Assist in performance improvement plans and post-training evaluations.
  • Learning Trends and Technologies: Stay updated with learning trends and technologies to enhance training delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a training, HR, or learning & development role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Organizational Abilities: Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and basic familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
