Lead Generation and Marketing Expert

We're seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

You will be responsible for end-to-end outbound lead generation, finding the right prospects, crafting persuasive outreach, and turning cold lists into warm conversations that convert into qualified meetings for the sales team.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, SDR/BDR, or outbound marketing, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS. Strong copywriting ability, proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and experience with at least two outbound platforms are also required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect sourcing using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools
  • Building and enriching contact lists, verifying data accuracy, and maintaining a clean lead database/CRM
  • Writing engaging, persona-specific cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and call scripts
  • Developing multi-touch sequences and iterating based on performance

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, SDR/BDR, or outbound marketing
  • Strong copywriting ability and proficiency in English
  • Experience with at least two outbound platforms and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Familiarity with email deliverability best practices
