
Key Account Manager

- Drive sustainable account management and development as well as drive new business growth and penetration in relation to healthcare and other software.
- Develop strong relationships with sales teams to ensure joint strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Lead new program ideas that result in profitable new business volume and the execution of key account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals.
- Increase company knowledge and understanding with potential clients and to ensure costing is used as a competitive advantage.
- Guide business development efforts within specific key accounts and/or markets, developing sponsorship with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Prepare contractual agreements with clients.
- Deliver projects/operations under contract parameters and take ownership for any contract-related clarifications at both ends.
- Manage all contract-related changes and issues.
- Maintain formal communication with clients to foster relationships.
- Act as a relationship manager and maintain a liaison between client and project/operation team.
- Follow up on sign-offs and recoveries of ongoing project/operation payments and keep updating the project sponsor.
- Prepare necessary documents as per client requirements to ensure timely payment tracking.
- Understand client communication challenges and capture feedback in a structured manner.
- Ensure client satisfaction by understanding client needs, providing responsive service and resolution to client issues, and building relationships with key client contacts.
Achieving business objectives through effective account management and strategic planning requires a collaborative approach. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, ability to navigate complex contracts, and excellent communication skills.
