Job Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for an administrative professional, located in Lahore with some work-from-home flexibility. The administrative assistant will manage day-to-day administration tasks, including diary management, clerical duties, and providing support to the CEO.

  • Coordinate meetings, manage communications, organize travel arrangements, and provide administrative support to the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Executive administrative assistance and personal assistance skills
  • Proficiency in diary management and clerical skills
  • Strong administrative assistance capabilities
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus
