Pak-Qatar Family Takaful Limited is a prominent player in the insurance market seeking a skilled Corporate Sales Manager/Officer to build and maintain strong relationships with potential corporate clients and key personnel.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Scheduling meetings with clients to understand and assess their risk-mitigation needs
  • Offering suitable Takaful products to clients based on their needs
  • Resolving and escalating areas of concern raised by clients
  • Liasing with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and presentation skills, as well as good organizing and prioritizing abilities. They must also be able to work smartly and persistently within strict deadlines and have a flair for learning and growth.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to travel and meet corporate clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.

This role requires strong business acumen, negotiation, and customer service skills. The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely is essential. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-driven mindset are also highly valued.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning, execution, and relationship-building. You will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to clients.
