Event Coordinator Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Event Coordinator to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of events. The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills and be able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.

  • Manage all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
  • Coordinate logistics, transportation, and accommodations for attendees, speakers, and vendors.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events through various channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience in event coordination, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Management: Manage transportation, accommodations, and other logistical requirements for attendees, speakers, and vendors.
