**Employee Compensation Manager**

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Employee Compensation Manager to oversee the entire compensation process, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end compensation process for all employees, adhering to set timelines and deadlines
  • Update and maintain employee compensation data, including new hires, terminations, and benefit changes
  • Verify and review timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant documents
  • Coordinate the submission of statutory deductions, ensuring timely compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Compile and distribute compensation reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Address any compensation-related discrepancies or issues promptly, delivering exceptional customer service
  • Evaluate and enforce adherence to federal, state, and local regulations
  • Collaborate closely with the HR and Finance teams to guarantee accurate data management and record-keeping
  • Guarantee the confidentiality of sensitive compensation and personnel information

**Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in compensation management or a similar role
  • In-depth understanding of compensation principles, labor laws, and taxation rules
  • Proficiency in compensation software and systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Superior communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Able to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field
