**Employee Compensation Manager**
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Employee Compensation Manager to oversee the entire compensation process, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end compensation process for all employees, adhering to set timelines and deadlines
- Update and maintain employee compensation data, including new hires, terminations, and benefit changes
- Verify and review timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant documents
- Coordinate the submission of statutory deductions, ensuring timely compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Compile and distribute compensation reports to relevant stakeholders
- Address any compensation-related discrepancies or issues promptly, delivering exceptional customer service
- Evaluate and enforce adherence to federal, state, and local regulations
- Collaborate closely with the HR and Finance teams to guarantee accurate data management and record-keeping
- Guarantee the confidentiality of sensitive compensation and personnel information
**Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in compensation management or a similar role
- In-depth understanding of compensation principles, labor laws, and taxation rules
- Proficiency in compensation software and systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to meet deadlines and work independently
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field
