Business Development Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to generate a strong pipeline for our Sales Team by identifying, qualifying, and engaging prospects across global markets.

This role requires independent initiative, effective outreach, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

  • Identify and engage potential leads through cold calling and targeted email campaigns.
  • Utilize tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft to identify VIDIZMO buyer personas.
  • Leverage knowledge of VIDIZMO products, customer challenges, value propositions, competitive landscape, and industry trends to articulate key messaging.
  • Understand and map the buyer journey, identify trigger points, and build segmented prospect lists for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Execute ABM campaigns using email, text messages, voicemail drops, and cold calling.
  • Conduct product demos and engage prospects in early conversations until the buying process initiates.
  • Build trust and develop strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team to refine outreach strategies and share market feedback.
  • Analyze campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, response rates, conversion rates) and optimize approaches accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; business, marketing, or IT backgrounds are a plus.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales roles within a tech environment.
  • Proven experience with cold calling and engaging C-level or senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical topics such as video streaming, cloud platforms, artificial intelligence, and digital media.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to performance improvement.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with CRM and lead generation tools.
  • A natural team player with the ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks.
