Your role will involve leading the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). You will analyze client payroll requirements and design scalable solutions, configure payroll schemas, rules, and integration with EC and third-party systems, perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations, and work closely with clients, HR, and technical teams for successful delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll, with at least 2+ years in SuccessFactors ECP.
  • Deep knowledge of payroll processes, schemas, rules, and off-cycle processing.
  • Experience with EC and ECP integration via PTP (Point-to-Point).
  • Understanding of country-specific payroll is a plus.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
