Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Manager to lead our admin team. As an Administration Manager, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the bureau's administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the Admin Team to ensure all assigned functions are properly performed and executed.
  • Provide administrative support to all departments and employees in terms of admin resources availability.
  • Analyze attendance and regularity of staff and coordinate with Head Office on HR issues.
  • Keep and maintain records of all employees at the bureaus.
  • Handle staff grievances and report cases to the Head office.
  • Ensure timely processing of perks pledged to employees in their contracts.
  • Make hotel and travel bookings.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree from HEC recognized institute.
  • 03-04 years relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
