About the Role

This Administrative Support Specialist position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the office of the Director. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience with email management and calendar organization.

Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to the Director, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements, and booking hotels and flights.
  • Maintaining accurate records, including filing, scanning, and shredding documents.
  • Assisting with special projects, such as event planning and data entry.

Bachelor's or Master's degree with 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar capacity is required. The candidate should be well-groomed and possess excellent communication skills. Computer literacy is essential.
