Senior Sales Manager for Cybersecurity Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our cybersecurity solutions sales team. This role involves driving new business growth by executing targeted go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, presales, and OEMs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Taking ownership of achieving revenue targets through new business development, identifying opportunities, and cultivating strategic relationships.
  2. Developing and executing multiple sales plays and campaigns aligned with strategic priorities, leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making.
  3. Conducting sales enablement sessions, supporting the progression of opportunities, and working closely with sales and presales teams to drive deal closure.
  4. Leading customer meetings, presentations, and discovery sessions to build trust, understand customer needs, and tailor solutions.
  5. Maintaining and strengthening partnerships with key OEMs and distributors, fostering collaborative relationships and driving mutual success.
  6. Providing mentorship and guidance to individual contributors, promoting open communication, and empowering team members to achieve their full potential.
  7. Ensuring disciplined CRM usage, accurate forecasting, clean pipeline management, and timely reporting to inform business decisions.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity solution sales, with proven leadership capabilities and a track record of driving business growth. They should be able to demonstrate ability to lead high-performing teams, manage complex sales portfolios, and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
