Maintenance/Updating of all Groups and Overseas Locations Authority Delegation Manual (ADM) and its related System configuration involves supporting all Business groups in establishing, maintaining, updating ADM. Additionally, it includes configuring the IProc system relating to ADM changes and exploring new innovative ideas for automation, modernizing and simplifying the process, cost effective and value added.

Key Result Areas
  • Basic knowledge & understanding of the business requirement on ADM.
  • Knowledge on bank level authority manuals.
  • System level knowledge on the functioning of Oracle i-procurement.
  • Knowledge of SOP for effective functioning.
  • Mandatory awareness of ADM Repository for timely updation.
  • Safeguarding of all Original sign off documents and related papers.
  • Knowledge of Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA).
  • Preparation of various MIS reports.
  • Identify areas to automate the process and in line with the bank policy.

Recommend suitable ADM alignment across business groups to ensure consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate within minimum 3 years of related system experience.
  • Strong Analytical Skill with Excel, Word, MIS reporting, and Power Point with good presentation & communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Banks operating system specifically Oracle, Procurement related applications.
  • Teamwork, punctuality, Innovation, Willingness to take more responsibility.
