About the Role:

  1. Develop deep relationships with clients to understand their business challenges and opportunities.
  2. Analyze client data to identify areas where Dynamics 365 ERP solutions can add value.
  3. Design and deliver tailored presentations showcasing Dynamics 365 functionalities.
  4. Work closely with sales teams to develop winning proposals that meet client requirements.
  5. Provide expert advice on Dynamics 365 ERP, focusing on the retail sector.
  6. Lead initial project implementations, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions into client operations.
  7. Stay informed about the latest Dynamics 365 features and industry trends.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in implementing tier 1 ERP systems or presale consulting, specifically with Dynamics 365.
  2. In-depth knowledge of retail industry operations and challenges.
  3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  4. Able to work independently in new market environments.
  5. Fluent in English.
