About This Role

As a skilled HR Analyst, you will delve into data-driven environments where your insights have the power to shape our HR landscape. This is a role for those who find stories in numbers and strength in analytics.

This position involves operational deliverables such as preparing input files for system interfaces, reviewing timesheets and attendance records, and analyzing variance and payroll controls for accurate pay slip generation.

You will also be responsible for resolving employee queries, ensuring adherence to compliance, managing payroll reports, and preparing necessary paperwork for tax deductions and benefits.

In addition, this role requires transformation and continuous improvement deliverables such as conducting regular audits on payroll procedures and records, and enhancing quality and controls through Six Sigma Methodologies.

To succeed in this position, you should have proven experience as a Payroll Analyst or similar role, thorough knowledge of state and federal payroll and tax regulations, and excellent analytical skills.

Furthermore, you should be familiar with Excel and spreadsheets, have a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a three- or four-year college or university, and have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in payroll profiles.

A strong customer service orientation, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences are also essential for this role.
