Infovibes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Calling Agent to join our team. As a Calling Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, addressing Client concerns, and maintaining detailed records of interactions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Listen attentively to Client concerns, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions with Clients, tracking and reporting on key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a calling agent or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
