Centralized Investigation Lead

  • Manage end-to-end complaint resolution with integrated stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure timely and effective issue resolution for escalated cases.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer journeys to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement targeted improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce repeat complaints.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive systemic change across the customer lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer experience operations or relevant CX domain.
  • Strong knowledge of customer experience metrics and best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
