
Senior Customer Complaint Resolution Specialist

- Manage end-to-end complaint resolution with integrated stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure timely and effective issue resolution for escalated cases.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer journeys to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement targeted improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce repeat complaints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive systemic change across the customer lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer experience operations or relevant CX domain.
- Strong knowledge of customer experience metrics and best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
