Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Senior Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Coordinate the delivery of products, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Purchase high-quality products from vendors while adhering to quantity standards.
  • Streamline logistics operations by collaborating closely with courier services.
  • Dispatch products to customers effectively, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Perform day-to-day tasks assigned by the head of department, prioritizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing exceptional support.
  • Resolve internal and external issues related to customers, products, or deposits.
  • Negotiate prices with vendors to establish strong business relationships.
Working Hours and Days:

The working hours for this role are 10 hours per day, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The working days are Monday to Saturday.
