Job Title: Senior Production Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Coordinator to lead our manufacturing operations.

  • This is a senior-level role that requires the ability to coordinate and plan production processes, ensure efficient output of goods and services, and manage resources effectively.
About this Role:
  • We are looking for someone who can develop and implement production plans that meet business objectives, manage production schedules, resources, and budgets, and maintain high-quality standards through effective quality control measures.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans that align with business objectives, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing costs.
  2. Schedule Management: Manage production schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and deadlines to meet production targets.
  3. Quality Control: Implement and maintain effective quality control measures to ensure high-quality products and minimize waste.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to achieve production goals, resolve operational issues, and drive results.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in body shop, truck superstructure, or tankers/trailers production is required.
  • Candidates with experience working in similar capacities in the Middle East are preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and drive results are essential.
  • The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions is critical.
