Dynamic Clinical Nurse Specialist

The role of a Clinical Nurse Coordinator is multifaceted and dynamic, requiring strong clinical skills, effective communication, and leadership abilities. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, ensuring timely delivery of services, and managing scheduling and staffing.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating all processes for patient care to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Managing scheduling and staffing to meet the needs of individual cohorts.
- Conducting rounds at patients' homes, providing education, and reviewing documentation.
- Participating in multidisciplinary rounds to plan patient care.
- Acting as a clinical resource person for staff and patients, conducting teaching sessions as needed.
- Providing remote assistance to staff working in home settings.
You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each patient. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school.
- Minimum three years of nursing experience.
- Valid license from the Pakistan Nursing Council.
- Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Safe Medication Administration, Aseptic Techniques, I/V Cannulation.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety measures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in shift duties.
