Customer Service Operations Manager

We are hiring a Customer Service Operations Manager at Iqbal & Company.
About the Job:
This role involves supervising the technical service team nationwide and ensuring that they meet high standards of performance.
Main Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the technical service team.
- Ensure strict compliance with equipment and procedural standards, health and safety protocols, and after sales services.
- Develop and conduct customer service training programs and in-house training programs.
- Plan department budget and oversee service procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or Electronics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an equivalent position with excellent management skills.
- Highly analytical, efficient, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong learning ability.
- Knowledge of local competitors and hospitals network and their working environment (desired).
- Strong contacts with different hospital KOLs (desired).
- Experience in tackling/support of marketing activity (desired).
