
Business Development Manager for Staff Augmentation Growth

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and business growth in the dynamic staff augmentation industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation and Conversion: Identify and engage with staff augmentation leads through various platforms, build a pipeline of opportunities, and ensure consistent conversion into successful deals.
- Proposal Writing and Interview Success: Write persuasive and client-focused staff augmentation proposals tailored to specific business needs. Prepare candidates for client interviews to ensure seamless placements and successful outcomes.
- Flexibility in Shifts and Availability: Work in dynamic shifts, transitioning between USA and GCC time zones based on business needs. Be available during off hours, weekends, and holidays to engage leads and finalize deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and delivering superior customer service. Foster trust-based relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Leadership and Team Collaboration: Lead by example, address challenges, motivate the team, and meet deadlines and targets. Train, mentor, and guide employees to improve overall performance and efficiency.
- Market Research and Business Growth: Conduct ongoing research to identify market trends, client needs, and emerging opportunities. Innovate and execute strategies to expand the company's footprint in the staff augmentation domain.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of business development experience in the staff augmentation industry.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals through LinkedIn, email, and social media campaigns.
- Expert knowledge of staff augmentation strategies and workforce solutions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to craft winning proposals.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work across global time zones.
- Hands-on, results-driven attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team leadership experience.
