Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MS Access and VBA Expert to join our team at HR Navigators Consultancy.

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and developing existing software in MS Access, as well as creating new features as needed. You will also work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize our processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain existing software in MS Access and develop new features as needed.
  • Develop, maintain, and support existing MS Excel VBA applications and analyze and convert business requirements as needed.
  • Compare and align complex data sets to produce database update requests.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS Access and MS Excel VBA.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data management.
  • Ability to generate comprehensive reports for various stakeholders.
