Business Development Officer Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Officer, Reporting to: CEO/Senior Management

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Officer who can effectively manage and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and building long-term relationships with clients.

  • Responsible for developing and executing business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure ongoing business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and execute account plans.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
