Partnership Development ManagerAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the development of partnerships at HRSI.

The successful candidate will lead the identification, cultivation, and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders, including academic institutions, industry partners, and organizations in the public and private sectors.

This role requires collaborating with senior leadership to establish and execute MOUs, ensuring alignment with HRSI's strategic objectives.

Furthermore, the position involves organizing high-profile events, conferences, and seminars, as well as fostering meaningful connections among attendees.

The ideal candidate will facilitate research partnerships, identifying opportunities for joint projects, grants, and publications.

This position also involves developing and implementing strategies to engage alumni, industry partners, and career services, enhancing student employability and alumni networks.

In addition, the successful candidate will work closely with marketing teams to promote HRSI's partnerships, events, and research collaborations.
