
Customer Retention Specialist

A seasoned Sales and Marketing professional is needed to join our team as a Residential and Commercial Sales Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new sales opportunities, develop and implement sales plans, and build strong relationships with residential and commercial customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, are comfortable with change, and can adapt quickly to new situations.
We require a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing of safety and security products, preferably within the textile industry or related services sector.
Familiarity with fire fighting products, CCTV systems, fire alarm systems, and surveillance systems is necessary for success in this role. Travel may be required to meet customer needs.
Requirements- BS/MS degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record in sales and marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
