We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a customer service leader. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional support for client inquiries and complaints, responding promptly and professionally via phone, email or in person.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through regular personal visits, calls and emails, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and increase revenue for the company, while providing added value to our customers.
- Manage and resolve billing queries efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing disruptions to business operations.
