Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Director to lead our customer service team at Next Age Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contact management and excellent leadership skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Forecast call volumes and adjust staffing levels accordingly
  • Maintain the call distribution system to ensure even workload among customer service representatives
  • Monitor productivity and generate reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze data to optimize call handling times and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and implement procedures to standardize processes and improve efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • At least three years of experience in contact management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
