Job Title

The Business Relationship Developer is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, while also identifying opportunities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop quarterly business strategies and obtain approval from supervisors.
  2. Initiate sales processes by scheduling appointments and making initial presentations based on customer needs.
  3. Update daily visit plans in consultation with supervisors.
  4. Expand sales through initial presentations to clients, explaining product enhancements and introducing new offerings.
  5. Closing sales involves overcoming objections and preparing contracts.
  6. Maintain excellent work relationships with internal and external customers, resolving issues within set timelines.
  7. Develop new potential leads within designated areas, adhering to company policies.
  8. Send regular reports and updates to clients.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales.
  • Proven ability to mentor colleagues in effective selling techniques and educate them about product qualities.
  • Penetrate the insurance industry to secure additional sales.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients through meetings, phone calls, and emails.
  • Proactively seek referrals from satisfied customers.
