Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from initial screening of CVs to conducting background checks and complete documentation.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be organized, multi-tasking, and an active team member.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Line Manager in the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Headhunt Retail staff and collect their resumes from different sources.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations functions and duties.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees.
Key Qualifications:
- MBA (HR) from a reputed business school.
- 3+ years of experience working in the human resources department, preferably in a financial institution in an HR Generalist role.
- Complete knowledge of the recruitment cycle and ability to handle it independently.
- Maintain confidentiality of the HR department at each level.
- Result & target-oriented individual.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
