Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our hiring efforts. This is a key role that requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop selection criteria.
  • Sources potential candidates through online channels, professional networks, and job boards.
  • Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Assist in designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements and technical expertise.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Maintain and update compensation philosophy for best practices and compensation ranges across all roles.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting in the SaaS or software development space, demonstrating a track record of sourcing and placing top talent.
  • Excellent presentation and oral communication skills.
  • Organized and driven individual who can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Assertive, proactive, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
  • Ability to quickly gain a keen understanding of the differences between various roles within the organization.
