Job Role Overview

As a key account manager, your primary role will be to foster strong relationships with our esteemed real estate agency partners. Your expertise in sales and business development will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and ensuring the long-term success of our partnerships.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal directly with real estate agencies in their respective areas or regions, providing exceptional customer service and support.

  • Manage the accounts of onboarded real estate agencies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Cultivate strategic partnerships by visiting clients regularly, delivering product demonstrations, and closing deals efficiently.

  • Strive to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through proactive sales strategies.

  • Promote superior customer service to build lasting relationships with clients, resulting in increased loyalty and retention.

  • Develop proficiently in Microsoft Office Suite, enhancing your productivity and efficiency.

  • Employ excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

  • Utilize negotiation, active-listening, and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and drive successful outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Education:

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing.

  • Experience:

    1-2 years in Sales or Business Development.

  • Location:

    Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
