Role Overview
Next Age Technologies (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced Call Center Team Lead to join its Lahore team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call center operations and leadership, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective call center strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Motivate and guide a team of customer service representatives to achieve their performance targets.
- Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new procedures and policies.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives.
Requirements:
- MBA, MPA, or equivalent Masters degree.
- One year minimum outbound call center experience as a Team Lead from a well-reputed call center.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
