Role Overview

Next Age Technologies (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced Call Center Team Lead to join its Lahore team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call center operations and leadership, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective call center strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Motivate and guide a team of customer service representatives to achieve their performance targets.
  • Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new procedures and policies.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives.

Requirements:

  • MBA, MPA, or equivalent Masters degree.
  • One year minimum outbound call center experience as a Team Lead from a well-reputed call center.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
