Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally. In this role, you will oversee general office operations and provide reports to management.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll, benefits, and employee onboarding.
- Coordinate appointments, schedules, and staff calendars.
- Oversee staff interactions and respond to queries on office management issues.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Manage office budget and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines.
- Plan in-house or off-site activities and events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as an Admin or Office Manager.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to learn new systems and procedures.
