Job Title: Channel Growth Strategist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Channel Growth Strategist to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and revenue for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and distribution, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop channel development strategies to aid in achieving company objectives of growth & revenue maximization.
  • Channel target setting and communication to regional teams.
  • Presentation of findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to peer teams and senior management.
  • Development and implementation of policies and procedures to update the channel as per the required business objectives.
  • Management of channel activities in line with the department's goals, including identification of methods for improvement to expand the channel in the market.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly insight reports covering key KPIs that drive the business forward.
  • Devising promotions to aid in achieving company objectives of achieving growth.
  • Collaboration across multiple functions of the organization to accomplish goals, including liaison with Regions, Marketing, IT, and Finance.
  • Devising and setting KPIs for sales teams to ensure the productivity of the channel.
  • End-to-end responsibility of designing and executing trade promotions for sales channels.
  • Efficient management of all ongoing projects related to channel development. Providing analysis and identifying gray areas for business improvement.
  • Manage the potential channel with sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through compliance to rules of engagement pertaining to sales channel.
  • Develop channel development solutions that best address end-user needs. Ensure better business planning by maintaining close coordination and follow-up with other stakeholders (Fin, IT, Marketing).

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Masters is a plus.
  • At least 03 - 04 years of experience in a similar domain is required.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Maintains strong follow-up
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Business knowledge specially related to channel
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong business analytical skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport at tactical & strategic levels

Requirements:

We require the following qualifications and skills for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar domain
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent Presentation skills
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Problem Solving and Analytical skills
