    This role involves assisting customers in booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and packages efficiently. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless customer service, providing them with an exceptional experience and promoting satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Handle incoming calls from customers in a professional manner.

    2. Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and packages according to customers' preferences.

    3. Provide accurate information about travel destinations, prices, and availability.

    4. Resolve customer complaints or concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.

    5. Upsell additional services like travel insurance to enhance the customer experience.

    6. Ensure all bookings are accurately recorded and processed efficiently.

    7. Follow up with customers regarding any changes or updates to their travel itinerary.

    8. Stay updated on industry trends and travel regulations to provide relevant information to customers.

    9. Meet or exceed personal and team targets for customer satisfaction and sales.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

    1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

    2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

    3. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

    4. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

    5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

    6. Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.

    7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    8. Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a relevant field.
