Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and Recommendations: Conduct thorough research to recommend optimal flights, accommodations, and travel-related services that meet our clients' needs.
  • Client Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to promptly address any concerns or issues that may arise during their journey.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients by providing personalized support, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Foster accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
  • Customer Retention: Cultivate long-term customer loyalty by ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business through regular follow-ups.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to design effective sales strategies that drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients built on trust and reliability.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for efficient data management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Multitasking: Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Possess excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving client issues and minimizing disruptions.

A minimum of an Intermediate degree is required for this role. A-levels or High school education can be considered as well.
