Job Overview:
Our organization is seeking a Temporary/Contract On Rotation Personal Assistant to support our team's operations. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate communication between clients and service providers.
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings and events.
- Conduct research on industry-related topics as directed by management.
- Assist with day-to-day office tasks and maintain organized filing systems.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
