About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive strategic investments and mergers & acquisitions within our organization. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across different business units and functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing business prospects and opportunities to grow our investments and network in key regions. They will also be involved in joint-venture development, partnership negotiations, and due diligence processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic investments and M&A activities to support business growth and expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and develop business opportunities and projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform investment decisions.
  • Manage due diligence processes and provide recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or corporate development.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Studies, Finance, or Banking.
