This is a senior-level position that oversees labor and other litigation, as assigned by the Head of Legal. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in administration and compliance with statutory requirements across multiple facilities nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage labor disputes, litigation, and other matters assigned by the Head of Legal.
  • Liaise with local governmental and non-governmental bodies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate with third-party service providers to optimize business outcomes.
  • Design a comprehensive Human Resource Policy framework in accordance with prevailing laws.
  • Ensure effective administration of employee discipline and grievance handling mechanisms.
  • Oversee land acquisition, disposal, and rental transactions for new stores and warehouses.
  • Assist the Head of Legal in contractual matters, including services and other assigned tasks.
  • Train HR colleagues on employee grievances and labour laws.
  • Carry out disciplinary proceedings as required.
  • Represent the organization in meetings with unions to resolve industrial disputes and negotiate settlements.
  • Manage disciplinary issues in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
Skill Requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality in interpersonal interactions.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills (written, oral, and interpersonal).

The successful candidate should possess a minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in HRM or IR. A Master's Degree in HRM or IR is mandatory. The ideal age range is 25-35 years.
